The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is running petty shop in a village where the defacto complainant and her daughter were residing and taking advantage of their loneliness, petitioner threatened the victim girl to cooperate with his ill-intention and also committed penetrative sexual assault, due to which, she became pregnant. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, DNA report yet to be received and investigation is not completed and opposed to grant bail and he also produced the statement of the victim girl. 5.
