The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 500/2023 arising out of Ichak P.S. Case No. 126/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 307, 325, 120B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-III, Hazaribag. 3. On 01.07.2023, the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted several Bhujali blows on the person of deceased, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that statement of one of the witness has been recorded during the trial, in which he has stated that co- accused has inflicted Bhujali blows on the person of deceased. 5. Learned A.P.P. has pointed out towards the statement of witness Ritesh Raj, who has especially stated that it was the petitioner who had inflicted Bhujali Blows on the person of deceased, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
