This application U/s 528 of BNSS has been filed for quashing the order of non-bailable warrant dated 25.10.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C., Kushi Nagar in Complaint Case No. 15111 of 2023 (Sahina Nisha Vs. Musafir Mansuri & others), under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P. S. Khadda, District Kushi Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that non- bailable warrants have been issued on 25.10.2024, thus, a direction be issued for consideration of the case of the applicants for enlargement on bail. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, the present application is consigned to record leaving it open to the applicants to prefer appropriate proceedings before the court below for enlargement on bail, then the same may be decided with most expedition in accordance with law of the land.
