The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 31.01.2017 submitted by petitioners vide Annexure-M. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 5. The petitioners grievance is that they have submitted a representation in the year 2017 i.e., on 31.01.2017 and the same has not been considered as of today. Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing the second respondent - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1518 WP No. 38203 of 2017 to consider the representation dated 31.01.2017 submitted by the petitioners vide Annexure-M in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
