The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No.234 of 2025 arising out of Mahagama P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1) and 303 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken under Sections 64(2)(m) & 303(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Godda. The prosecutrix has alleged that the petitioner has forcibly established physical relationship with her. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of independent witnesses, who have stated that the husband of the prosecutrix works outside. They have further stated that she has developed illicit relationship with the petitioner. Husband of the informant had asked her not to indulge in such activities, but she continued to do so. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Godda, in connection with S.T.
