The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 03/2025 arising out of Dumka (M) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, registered under section 20 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge at Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025 and allegation is made that cannabis (Ganja) has been recovered to the tune of 1600 gram from the shop of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 4 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that cannabis has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025, the recovered cannabis is intermediary and petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 4 of the petition, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge at Dumka , in connection with (NDPS) Case No. 03/2025 arising out of Dumka (M) P.S.
