After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already submitted representations on 23.12.2024 and 13.01.2025 for being considered for appointment against the post of Tubewell Operator subsequent to the advertisement, he wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage to await the outcome of the appointment proceedings, which have been initiated by the respondents.
