Counsel for the respondents submits that a detailed statement of objections is filed stating that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered and the same is forwarded to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. The oral submission made by counsel for the respondents is placed on record.
