Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bokaro Thermal P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 69 and 89 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri R.K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat.

On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat, or his successor, in connection with Bokaro Thermal P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025.
