When the matter is taken up for the hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Intervenor and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail, however suppressing the same, these petitions were filed. 3. In view of the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed with cost.
