The present criminal revision has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 04.03.2023 passed by the learned Family Court Balodabazar, District – Balodabazar - Bhatapara (C.G.) in MJC No.160/2022, whereby, the learned Family Court partly allowed the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents and directed the applicant to pay Rs.2,500/- per month to respondent No.1 and Rs.1,500/- per month to respondent No.2, towards maintenance. 3. The present criminal revision is barred by 340 days of its limitation as has been reported by the Registry. 4. From perusal of application for condonation of delay, it is apparent that the applicant has not given day to day explanation for inordinate delay of 340 days in filing the revision, as such, the revision is barred by delay and laches and is not liable to be entertained. 5. Considering the grounds raised in I.A. No. 01 of 2024, I do not find any good ground to condone the delay of 340 days in preferring the revision. 6. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01 of 2024 is rejected and consequently thereto, the revision is also dismissed. 3 7. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the certified copy of this order alongwith original record to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action.
