Case No. 342 of 2023 arising out of Garhwa P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018 for the offences registered under sections 341/323/379/307/354 and 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by this court. 4. Petitioner is alleged to have immolated the Informant, due to which, she sustained grievous injury on her person. 5. Report regarding the stage of the trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the case is fixed for defence evidence. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is at the fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
