Heard Shri Shambhavi Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Harsh Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 14.11.2024, registered as Case Crime No.451 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 61(2)(a), 352, 351(3), 333 BNS and further not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR. 3. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. 4. We find that the present petition is not maintainable in the light of judgement of Hon'ble Apex Court passed in SLP (Criminal) No. 762 of 2020 (Hukum Chand Garg and others vs. State of U.P. and others) decided on 7.2.2022. 5. We further find that the prayer for quashing of the FIR dated 14.11.2024, which was impugned herein has been refused by this Court on merits vide order dated 26.11.2024 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.21378 of 2024 (Rajesh @ Fakkar Singh vs. State of U.P. and Others). 6. That apart, learned AGA pointed out that Chargesheet No.109 of 2025 has already been forwarded on 11.02.2025 against 8 accused persons. Therefore, FIR cannot be quashed in part. 7.
