It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 2nd respondent, at the behest of respondent Nos.4 to 6, is pressurizing the petitioner to vacate the house and hand it over the same to the respondent Nos.4 to 6. 2. It is further submitted that the 4th respondent is the petitioner’s maternal aunt (mother’s elder sister), and that there is a dispute between them regarding the said property. 3. Considering the civil nature of the dispute, this Court is inclined to disposed off the writ petition at the admission stage, by directing the 3rd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
