This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for pre-arrest bail in respect of BI(EO) P.S. Case No.04/2022 under Section 120(B)/420/406/409 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Pursuant to an interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the police investigating officer and has co-operated with police investigation. Hence, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. His pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 4. The interim bail granted on 07.11.2024 in favour of the present petitioner Santosh Kr.
