SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No|5930 of 2025 Order: The Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 &` 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A-3, seeking regular bail, in crime No.197 of 2025 of Na'lapadu Police Station, Guntur District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 17.02.2025 at ll.00 hours, the Inspector of Police, Nallapadu Police Station, on receiving credible information, cond-ucted raid along with mediators and staff at Mother Therissa Colony, Cheruvu Katta, Reddypalem Village, Guntur Rural and found Al and A2 in possession of 24.740 Kgs -of ganja. The accused persons were arrest:ed and contraband was seized under the cover of mediators report. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner herein was implicated in the present casel.
