(Oral) The petitioner is seeking directions to the official respondents to provide assistance in taking over possession of the secured asset. 2. Learned State counsel has filed an affidavit of District Magistrate, Jhajjar. The same is taken on record. Learned State counsel while referring to the affidavit submits that possession of the secured asset has been handed over to the petitioner vide Annexure R-6. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has apprehension that the private respondents may obstruct the passage to the premises.
