Heard Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant writ petition and issue appropriate writ of mandamus and set-aside/quashing the Notice Inviting Tender GEM/2025/B/6129623 dated 10.04.2025 issued by respondent No. 4, in the furtherance of justice. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and directed the respondent authorities to issue dietary service tender as per the 3 work experience in dietary services of the Bidders and also turnover and deployed number of employees related in the dietary services. 10.4 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 3. Learned State counsel submits that all the pleadings have been made in the present petition are defective and incorrect as all the reliefs claimed by the petitioner have already been raised in WPC No. 2165 of 2025, which has been listed toady, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4.
