Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents in both the contempt proceedings submitted that after due verification, a speaking order has been passed on 05.08.2025 whereby the claims of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground of submission of fake/fabricated/tempered documents and misrepresentation of Page No.# 4/4 facts. A copy of the said speaking order dated 05.08.2025 is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 2. Ms. M. Das, the learned counsel for the respondents has also furnished a copy of the said speaking order to Mr. N. Alam, the learned counsel who represents the petitioner in both the contempt proceedings. 3. Taking into account the above, the directions so passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2830/2022 and WP(C) No. 2827/2022 have been substantially complied with. Accordingly, this Court drops both the contempt proceedings. 4. Be that as it may, this Court however observes that dropping of both the contempt proceedings shall not prejudice the petitioner to assail the speaking order dated 05.08.2025 before the appropriate forum.
