This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners-defendants seeking for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.2475/2018 pending on the file of LVIII Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, as expeditiously as possible. 2. Plaintiffs have filed the suit for permanent injunction. On service of suit summons, the defendants appeared through counsel and filed written statement. On the basis of the pleadings of the parties, the Trial Court has framed issues. The matter is posted for evidence of plaintiffs. Since the suit is of the year 2018, the petitioners- defendants have filed this petition seeking for early disposal of the suit. 3.
