When the application was listed on 29.07.2025, two weeks time was granted to the non-applicants to file reply. Thereafter, on 14.08.2025 and 10.09.2025, again opportunity was granted to the non-applicants to file reply by learned Additional Registrar (Judicial), however, no reply to the application was filed. In light of this fact, this application is allowed, as prayed for and the amount that has been deposited with the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, with up to date interest, if any.
