The case of the prosecution is that on 09.12.2025, based on the secret information, the defacto complainant who is the Assistant Geologist, Geology and Mines Department, Ranipet District, went to the scene of occurrence and found the petitioners transporting 36 units of sand in six lorries. Hence, the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent person,s and they have been falsely implicated by the respondent police and they are no way connected with the offences as alleged by the prosecution and hence he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that reiterated the prosecution’s case and on instruction submitted that sand as well as the vehicles used by the accused to transport the sand were seized by the respondent respondent police. She further submitted that the investigation in this case is progressing and raised strong objection stating that if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail at this stage, there is possibility of indulging in similar kind of offence in future. 5. 6. Considering the huge quantity of sand involved in this case and the strong objection raised the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and the stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipathory bail to the petitioners. 7.
