The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “(i) first information report bearing Crime No.5/2020 registered on 03/01/2020 in Police Station Mungeli, (ii) Consequent charge-sheet No.299/2020 filed on 24/08/2020 filed before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mungeli and (iii) Charge framed for the offence punishable under Section 509(B) of the Indian Penal Code in Criminal Case No.352/2020, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mungeli, District Mungeli, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file proper agreement executed between the parties with respect to compromise, if any as it is stated that an oral settlement has been done between the parties. 3 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
