Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief: - “That the present Civil Writ Petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed and the respondent department may kindly be direct to consider the name of the petitioner for post of Multi Purpose Worker and he may be called for skill/physical test for the post of Para Pump Operator keeping in view his category for which he has applied been having experience for the same.” 2. To a query of the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner apprised that the selection process in question was completed on 16.12.2024.
