1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records from the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to immediately provide the certified copy of demarcation report and panchnama conducted in the Revenue Case No./202404074500042/अ- 12/2024 of the Court of Naib Tehsildar Bilaspur relating to demarcation of land bearing Khasra No.780/2, 780/3, 780/4 total admeasuring 0.158 Hectares situated at Torwa, Revenue Inspector Circle Juna Bilaspur, Tehsil and District Bilaspur, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to compensate the petitioner for mental agony and harassment. Cost of litigation may also be awarded. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent No.1 to take strict departmental actions against the concerned delinquent employees. 10.5 That Hon'ble Court be further pleased to
3 pass such other order or orders, direction or directions, writ or writs, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be issued in favour of the petitioner against the respondents.”

Fact of the present case is that the Petitioner, who a resident of Vaishali Tower in Torwa, Bilaspur, is seeking a direction to the authorities to provide certified copies of the demarcation report and panchnama related to Revenue Case No. 202404074500042. The demarcation was conducted on 14/06/2024 after complaints about the illegal demolition of the apartment’s boundary wall.
Despite filing an application on 11/12/2024 and repeated follow- ups, including complaints dated 23/01/2025 and 27/01/2025, the certified copies have not been provided, hence, present petition has been filed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on the application of the petitioner, demarcation in respect of the land bearing Khasra Nos. 780/2, 780/3, and 780/4, totaling 0.158 hectares, was carried out in the presence of the petitioner. However, the demarcation report has not been supplied to the petitioner till date, despite an application being filed with the concerned Nayab Tehsildar, Bilaspur. He further submits that the demarcation was conducted on 14.06.2024, and the application for obtaining the demarcation report was submitted on 11.12.2024. Since the report has not yet been provided, the petitioner has invoked the
4 jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Learned State counsel submits that the demarcation has been completed, and the State will provide the report to the petitioner within a short period. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the grievance raised, and the submissions made by the parties, the concerned Nayab Tehsildar is directed to supply the demarcation report to the petitioner forthwith, failing which necessary action shall be taken against him/her. 6.
