Civil Writ Petition No. 6544/2025 (2 of 2) [SAW-606/2025] wherein while passing the interim order, the matter has been fixed for hearing on stay application on 30.05.2025. Without commenting on the merits of the case, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by learned Single Judge dated 08.05.2025 as the matter has been fixed for hearing on stay application as well as application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the applicant on 30.05.2025. In that view of the matter, this appeal is dismissed. However, looking to the urgency of the matter, this Court requests the learned Single Judge to hear & decide the stay application expeditiously.
