2/08.08.2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State
2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No.44 of 2024, Cyber Case No.15 of 2025, for the offence registered under sections 111, 318(4), 319(2),336(3), 338, 340(2),3(5) of B.N.S, 2023 and Section 66(B), 66(D) of I.T Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II Cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Giridih.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in B.A. No.1587 of 2025, B.A. No.1710 of 2025 and B.A. No.1963 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since
20.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
5. Considering that three co-accused persons in identical situation have been granted regular bail in B.A. No.1587 of 2025, B.A. No.1710 of 2025 and B.A. No.1963 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2024, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II Cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No.44 of 2024, Cyber Case No.15 of 2025.
7. This petition is disposed of.
