Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order On Board 01-08-2025 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:- (i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record from the respondents Authorities. 2 (ii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to direct the respondent authorities may be take the petitioners application for appointment of the Aanganbadi Worker, in Anganbadi Centre No. 1 at Village-Semara, District-Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) and she may be give a chance to participate in the entire appointment proceedings. (iii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased direct to the concern respondent authorities may be given priority for appointment of the petitioner in lieu of her Mother In-Law was earlier working as Aanganbadi Worker in Anganbadi Centre No.1 at Village-Semara, District-Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) from the year 2000 and she died on dated 16.05.2021 during her duty in Covid-19 Period. (iv) Any other relief, which may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favor of the petitioner. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that applications were invited by respondent No. 4 for appointment to the posts of Anganwadi Workers for Anganwadi Centre No. 1, Village Semara, District – Janjgir-Champa on 25.04.2022. He further submits that petitioner and other eligible candidates submitted their applications, but till date, recruitment process has not been finalized. He prays for a direction to respondent No. 4 to conclude the selection process. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that application of the petitioner for appointment to the said post was never received by the respondent authorities. 3 4) Heard. 5) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Shriwas respondent No. 4 is directed to look into the matter and conclude the recruitment process, if already not done. 6) With the aforesaid direction(s), this petition petition stands disposed of.
