The learned counsel for respondent No.2 has invited the attention of this Court with the order of Division Bench of this Court, in Family Court Appeal No.8 of 2025, dated 29.07.2025, that the direction for handing over custody of the child to the mother within a period of one week i.e from 23.06.2025 was issued. 3. When confronted with order of Division Bench, the learned counsel for the petitioners made a statement that custody of child will be handed over within three days to the respondent/mother. In order to comply with the same, the matter was deferred to 20.09.2025. 4. When the matter was called out on 20.09.2025, a request was made to defer the hearing of the petition. It is, thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has informed today, the petitioner has collected the paper book and also sought NOC. The conduct of the petitioner is rather designed to defy the order of Division Bench of this Court, in Family Court Appeal No.8 of 2025, and also the undertaking to this Court.
