Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “That the respondents may be ordered to pay family pension to the petitioner w.e.f. the date her husband died, within 9% interest on the arrears of family pension.” 2. When the case was listed on 03.01.2025, the following order was passed:- 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:1351 “In terms of the reply filed by the respondents, not only there is huge delay in the filing of the writ petition but this Court also has its reservations that the petitioner has not approached the Court with clean hands. Faced with this situation, to enable learned Counsel for the petitioner to have instructions, list on 07.01.2025.” 3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has instruction to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
