The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the Police and several incriminating articles were recovered from their possession. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.05.2025. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.) Shamim/-
