2. Meena Shayam, respondent has made a statement on oath to withdraw her petition bearing CIS No. 34 of 2022 filed under Section 12 and 18 to 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Accordingly, the aforesaid petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In view of the fact that the main petition under Section 12 and 18 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been withdrawn by the respondent, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly. The instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
