The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is earning very low income and he is not able to deposit a sum of Rs.5,42,082/-. Hence, he prays to modify the condition. 3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.
