Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 02.01.2025, Cyber Police Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at a place near Karmatanr, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2025. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
