Sandhawalia, Chief Justice [Oral] The present petition has been filed for review of judgment dated 12.01.2023, passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.5585 of 2022, titled as Manohar Lal versus State of HP and Others. 2. The reason for the review is that the case was decided with the Bunch of Cases, in which facts were different and could not be de-linked. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner [respondent herein] does not contest the factual matrix as such. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2025:HHC:6127 - 2 - 3. A Co-ordinate Bench, while deciding the writ petition dealt with as many as 565 matters with the main case i.e. LPA No.165 of 2021, titled as State of HP and Others versus Surajmani and Anr. and large number of cases had also been de-tagged and de-linked, which were ordered to be listed as per Roster. 4. In such circumstances, we allow the present review petition and accordingly order dated 12.01.2023 qua the respondent is recalled and CWP No.5585 of 2022, titled as Manohar Lal versus State of HP and Others, is restored to its original number and file. 5. In view of above, the said writ petition be listed before appropriate Bench as per Roster for fresh decision in accordance with law. 6.
