Bora, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2, has furnished an Order dated 24.09.2024 issued by the Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Page No.# 2/2 wherein the claim of the petitioner for payment against the work orders allotted from the schemes under SCA and TSP and other grants under Article 275(1) of the Constitution of India during 2016-17 was found not sustainable and rejected by the BTC Authorities as the work orders were issued illegally/ fraudulently and with the malafide intention to cause huge loss to Public Exchequer. Considering the Order dated 24.09.2024, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have substantially complied with the directions passed by this Court and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
