Ram Piari in decided FAO No. 90 of 2017 for deletion of name of Smt. Ram Piari on the ground that she has died on 14.10.2023. The sons of deceased respondent No.1 Smt. Ram Piari are the applicants in the instant application and it has been pointed out that all the three sons of Smt. Ram Piari were already respondents No.4 to 6 in the appeal i.e. FAO No. 90 of 2017. The application is not op[posed and is accordingly allowed. Name of respondent No.1 Ram Piari is ordered to be deleted from array of respondents. Since, respondent No.1 was the claimant of compensation in a motor vehicle accident case, her sons, who are already on record as respondents No.4 to 6, will represent her estate. Amended memo of parties as filed is taken on record. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 21709 of 2025. Allowed. CMP No. 17486 of 2025. The application is not opposed. The entire awarded amount lying to the share of deceased respondent No.1 Ram Piari is ordered to be released in favour of applicants i.e. Vipan Kumar, Surender Kumar and Vijender Kumar in equal shares along with proportionate interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts as detailed in para-8 of the application after due verification.
