Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, has submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is passed by this Court requiring the Competent Authority of Land Acquisition(CALA), Bodoland Territorial Council(BTC), to pass an order with regard to the claims made by the petitioner vide the representation, dated 04.08.2023. The said prayer has not been objected to by the learned counsels for the respondents. In view of the above, the Secretary-cum-Competent Authority of Land Acquisition(CALA), Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), shall consider and dispose of the representation, dated 04.08.2023, so preferred by the petitioner, after carrying-out a due inquiry with regard to the contentions made by the petitioner, herein, if not, already carried-out and thereafter, pass a speaking order, disposing of the said representation, dated 04.08.2023, and communicate the outcome of the same to the petitioner, within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
