3. case of the prosecution in brI-ef, Its that, the defacto complainant, was working at wine shop sI-tuated at Chiyyavaram vl|Ilage. On 19.4.2025 at about 10 PM, after closing the wI'ne Shop, he Proceeded tO his native village Krishnapuram in bI'ke. In the midway near Telugu Ganga canal bridge, some unjdentI'fied persons obstructed his bI.ke, and later on they chased him through theI'r bikes, and when he crossed the chjtfathur village and reached Ramalingapuram, some uniden{Ilfied persons beat him, due to whI'Ch, he sustaI'ned bleeding l'njurI-eS at left side of head, bruise at right knee, at left and right elbows. with help of neighbouring villagers, he was admitted l'n Government HospI-tat at srjkalahasti. consequently, the above sal'd crime has been regl'stered against the accused. 4. Heard leamed counsel for the petl'tioner and learned AssI-Slant pub'jc prosecutor for respondent-state. perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant public Prosecutor submits that I-nvestjgat[-on I-s going on and some more witnesses are to be examined. 6. E= To] complaI'nant for Which defacto complainant sustained certain I-njuries. Learned Assistant public Prosecutor Submitted that as many as eight wI-tneSSeS are examined in the said case. But, so far, no material has been found as against the petitioner herein. ln view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bal-I, however, on conditions. 7.
Accordingly, in the event of his arrest wI-th regard to this crime, PetI-tI-Oner/A3 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) wI-th two Sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 am and 05.00 pm, till filing of the charge-sheet. 8.
