This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the said condition. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail. 3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought by the petitioner could be acceded to. 4.
