ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Station House Officer, Port Police Station, the 3rd Respondent herein in refusing to register a case against the 4th Respondent as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent, SHO, Port Police Station to forthwith register the FIR on the complaint filed by the Petitioner and approach the named accused (4th Respondent) as per law in the interest of justice, and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case and to pass…”

Learned counsel representing Sri Vijay Mathukumilli, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance.
4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
