Naik, learned counsel for the sole respondent has furnished an order dated Page No.# 2/2 05.02.2025 issued by the Secretary, BTC, whereby the claim of the petitioner for payment against the works allotted from the Scheme under SCA to TSP and other Grants has been found not to be sustainable and accordingly rejected on the ground that the Work Orders were issued illegally/fraudulently with the malafide intention to cause huge loss to public exchequer. On consideration of the order dated 05.02.2025, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondent has substantially complied with the direction passed by this Court.
