Arvind Kumar Sharma and others), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, IPC and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, P.S. Ahirauli Bazar, District Kushinagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a time bound direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the case. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the rival parties, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings after hearing the respective parties with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment subject to legal impediment, if any. 6.
