JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA Present:- Mr. Kuljit Singh, Advocate for the peoner. DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Peoner had rered as Inspector on 30.09.2024 while serving Municipal Corporaon, Abohar. The grievance of the peoner is that her reral benefits have not been released to her ll date. 2. By way of present peon filed under Arcle 226/227 of the Constuon of India, peoner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release all the reral benefits like provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment etc. She has also served a Legal Noce dated 09.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) upon the respondents in this regard, but no acon has been taken thereon ll date. Learned counsel submits that at this stage, peoner would be sasfied, if her legal noce is considered and decided by passing a speaking order in a me-bound manner. 3. Noce of moon. 4. Mr. Rajesh Sehgal, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts noce on behalf of the respondents and he has no objecon to the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the peoner. 5.
