The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 66(B)(C)(D) of Information Technology Act and Section 42(3)(e) of Tele Communication Act, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Jamtara Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.12 of the petition and the allegations are there of recovery of four 2025:JHHC:22665 --2-- B.A. No. 6845 of 2025 mobile phones from the possession of the petitioner and the charge-sheet has already been submitted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation is there of cyber-crime. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.12 of the petition and the charge- sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Jamtara Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
