S. Manivannan, the incumbent holding the post of Commissioner and Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Dispur, Guwahati. The intimation forwarded on 28.08.2025 to the present incumbent holding the post of Director and the present incumbent holding the post of Commissioner & Secretary had been annexed to the interlocutory application and the same bears the seal of the office of the respective incumbents.
