------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, Advocate
For the Opp. Party : Ms. Ruby Pandey, A.P.P.
-----
2/ 22.08.2025 Heard the parties.
2.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giddi P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 1779 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Smt. Pratima Oraon, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh.
3.
Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10128 of 2024 by order dated 11.02.2025
4.
On 26.06.2024, the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons at Tongi Basti near Middle School, Hazaribagh. The miscreants looted Rs. 1,04,755/- including other articles from the informant.
5.
It appears that Rs. 40,000/- was seized from the bank account of the wife of the petitioner. It further appears that the petitioner is accused in as many as 21 cases of similar nature.
6.
Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
