This is an office reference initiated on the basis of a request letter dated 16.04.2025 sent by the learned 14th Civil Judge, Junior Division, Raipur for extension of time to conclude the trial of the Criminal Case No. 5967/2019 (State of C.G. Vs. Virendra Singh Tomar & Ors.) pending before it. 2 2. It transpires from the request letter that an order has been passed on 03.10.2024, in Cr.M.P. No. 2674/2024 that directing the learned trial Court to conclude the trial of the aforesaid criminal case within six months from the next date fixed for hearing before it yet till date, the trial has not been concluded on the reason that the witnesses are not turning out. 3. In view of the request made by learned trial Court, three months time is extended to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No. 5967/2019 (State of C.G. Vs. Virendra Singh Tomar & Ors.). 4. With the aforesaid extension of time, the present Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
