Taking into account the same, the order passed by this Court dated 03.01.2022 in WP(C) No.7333/2021 having been complied with, nothing further remains in the instant contempt proceedings, for which the contempt proceedings stand dropped. 3. Be that as it may, this Court, however, observes that the dropping of the instant contempt proceedings shall not prejudice the petitioner from challenging the order dated 24.10.2024, if so advised. 4.
