It is submitted that respondent Nos.4 to 6 were creating trouble with regard to the said property. Respondent No.4 is the defendant in the said suit. Though, a decree has been passed in favour of the petitioner, respondent No.4, along with others are continuously interfering with his possession and trying to dispossess the petitioner. The petitioner has made several representations to respondent Nos.2 and 3, however, the Station House Officer, Patamata Police Station has not taken any action on the representations of the petitioner. 3. Perused the decree. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 5. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to respondent No.3 to duly consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate steps to ensure protection for the implementation of the decree passed by the competent Court.
